First Alert Forecast
Another cool, tranquil evening is in store for tonight. Clear skies over the state will allow for great conditions to view the near end of the Orionid Meteor shower. Overnight lows will fall into the middle and upper 40s.
As a high pressure system moves eastward and out of the Midwest, clouds will begin to increase in the sky on Tuesday and temperatures will be slightly warmer, climbing into the upper 60s.
Our next chance for rain will arrive Wednesday morning ahead of the next passing cold front. As of now, rain chances appear fairly limited over western Missouri, compared to likely chances over eastern Missouri due to the development of this storm system. Temperatures will hold near seasonal numbers in the lower and middle 60s.
