From the time I was seven years old, I can remember falling in love with the weather! Growing up watching The Weather Channel and living in St. Louis during the time of the Great Flood of '93; this phenomenon fascinated me, and engulfed me even further in becoming a weathercaster. Weather is and will always be my passion, and I have always been fascinated by the wrath it of it all. From tornadoes to hurricanes to mudslides and nor'easters, it is everywhere we turn and the fact that everyday is completely different is what drives me to further understand, appreciate and enjoy it.

I was born in Boston, Massachusetts and immediately moved to St. Louis, MO where I grew up most of my life. In St. Louis I attended Hazelwood East High School, was Student Council President and was a year round district/state swimming competitor. While in high school I continued to pursue my dream as well – becoming a weatherman! From watching the Weather Channel everyday, to standing outside on my back porch watching storms roll overhead, I have always been fascinated by not only the beauty and wrath of the weather, but have grown to understand some of its most phenomenal aspects.

Currently, I am still pursing my dream as a senior at the University of Missouri - Columbia majoring in Geography, with a minor in Atmospheric & Soil Science. I will graduate from MU in August 2008 and will finally become a certified Meteorologist. I have been at KOMU-TV8 since January 2005 and loved serving firstly, as Mid Missouri's weather "fill-in guy" to now your weekend weathercaster. While serving Mid-MO, I guarantee to bring you in depth, accurate forecasts, with the best coverage you can count on!
