1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1-2 teaspoons sugar
Dash of salt and pepper
Bacon crumbles
Mixture of fresh leaf lettuce, spinach, endive, chard or other greens, as desired
Optional: Sliced green onions and sliced radishes
Tear leaves of greens and place in individual serving bowls or large serving bowl.
Add sliced onions and radishes, if desired.
Mix olive oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper together in microwave safe container.
Heat in microwave until just warm and sugar is dissolved. Pour over salad greens. Top with
bacon crumbles, if desired.
Note: The oil and vinegar mixture can be made ahead and heated just before serving.
