Frozen Yogurt Tacos

All you need:

8 crunchy taco shells

1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

1 pint (2 cups) frozen yogurt, any flavor

1 cup chopped fresh fruit, any variety

2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

 

All you do:
Heat taco shells in the microwave on a microwave safe plate for approximately 45 seconds, until heated through. Let shells cool for approximately 5 minutes. Scoop approximately ¼ cup of frozen yogurt into each shell. Top with chopped fresh fruit, mini chocolate chips, granola, chopped peanuts, melted peanut butter, toasted coconut, etc…

SUMMERTIME SNACK

Store a few of these Frozen Yogurt Tacos in the freezer for an icy cool,
