Spinach Artichoke Casserole

1 onion, chopped

1 stick butter

3 (frozen, 10 oz each) packages of chopped spinach

1 pint sour cream

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. Mix spinach with onion, sour cream, artichoke hearts, cheese and salt and pepper. Place in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with bread crumbs, Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve 8 to 10.
