Ingredients:
1 c plain almonds
3/4 c plain sunflower seed kernels
4 c Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal (or low-fat granola cereal of your choice)
1/2 c dark chocolate chips
1 c dried banana chips
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large bowl and enjoy on the trail during the fall weather! Store in a cool, dry place inside of an air-tight container.
Makes fifteen 1/2-cup servings
Nutritional Information:
(one 1/2 cup serving) 226 calories, 15 grams fat, 7 grams protein, 24 grams carbohydrate and 5 grams fiber.
