Whole Wheat Tortilla and Turkey Wrap Lunch
Ingredients: Wrap 1 whole wheat tortilla 3 oz. turkey breast lunch meat 1 slice 2% Colby jack cheese 2-3 slices tomato 2-3 slices cucumber 1 tsp brown mustard 1 medium apple – cleaned, cored and cut into slices 1 8oz container light yogurt 1 8oz carton 100% juice
Instructions: Assemble wrap night before or day of lunch and wrap tightly in saran wrap/aluminum foil Add wrap and remaining items into insulated lunch bag with ice pack, napkins and utensils and enjoy at lunchtime!

Cheese and Fruit Kabob Lunch
Ingredients: 15 pretzel sticks 1 cup grapes, rinsed (or other desirable fruit) 1 cup strawberries, rinsed (or other desirable fruit) 1 oz cheese cubes (approximately four 1/2 inch cubes) 1 stalk celery, rinsed 1 T peanut butter 2-3 T dried cranberries 1 small, low fat granola bar Milk money for 1% or skim milk
Instructions:
Prepare fruit and cheese kabobs ahead of time by alternating fruit and cheese on pretzel sticks, or pack individually and assemble at lunchtime.
Fill groove of celery stalk with peanut butter and top with dried cranberries
Add kabobs and celery to insulated lunch bag along with granola bar, milk money, napkins and utensils.
Enjoy at lunchtime!
