Prepare favorite pasta with cheese or other sauce and set aside.
To cook the Swiss chard, cut out the stems and chop into 1 inch pieces or less. Stir together with 1 garlic clove, chopped and a dash of olive oil in microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook about 1 minute for a large bunch, approximately 1/2 pound. Chop the leaves and add to partially cooked stems. Cook until leaves are wilted. Alternate layers of prepared pasta and cooked Swiss chard. Top with grated parmesan cheese or bread crumbs. Heat in microwave just before serving.
