Strawberries and Cream Breakfast Biscuits

Serves 8.

All you need

1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee jumbo buttermilk biscuits 

2 (8 oz) Hy-Vee low-fat plain yogurt

1/4 cup Grand Selections pure maple syrup

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 

Hy-Vee ground cinnamon

All you do

1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.      Place biscuits 1 to 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

3.      Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden. 

4.      Stir together yogurt and maple syrup.

5.      Split biscuits in half and top with 1/4 cup strawberries and 1/4 cup yogurt mixture.

6.      Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

Nutrition Facts per serving: 270 calories, 9g fat, 3g saturated fat, 2.5g trans fat, 5mg cholesterol, 530mg sodium, 40g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 16g sugar, 7g protein.
