SQUEEZE FREEZE ICE CREAM
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon sugar, or less (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
15-18 ice cubes
1 tablespoon salt
Small ziplock plastic bag
Large ziplock plastic bag
In small ziplock bag, put in sugar, vanilla, and milk. Remove as much air from bag as possible. Seal the bag very well. Put ice cubes and salt in large ziplock bag, and place the small bag with milk mixture into the large bag. Remove as much air as possible from large bag. Seal well. Knead the bag for about 10 minutes, or until soft ice cream is formed. Bags may get very cold; have small towels or washcloths available to place around bags.

YUMMY YOGURT POPS
1 cup plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt
1 (6-ounce) can orange juice concentrate
4 to 6 paper cups: 3-ounce or 5- ounce size
Wooden craft sticks
Aluminum foil
Mix yogurt and orange juice concentrate in small bowl. Pour mixture into paper cups. Cover each cup with aluminum foil. Put wooden stick in center of cup, poking hole through aluminum foil. Place in freezer.
To eat, peel paper cup away from Yogurt Pop.
Makes about 4 to 6 Yogurt Pops.
Note: may use other flavors of yogurt and juice concentrate. Try blueberry yogurt and frozen lemon juice for a refreshing summer treat.
CREAMY ORANGESICLES
1 package orange gelatin powder
1/2 cup boiling water
3/4 cup milk
1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt
5-ounce paper cups
Wooden sticks
Aluminum foil
Place gelatin mix in a medium-size bowl. Add water. Stir until gelatin mix is completely dissolved. After mixture cools slightly, add milk and yogurt. Stir until all ingredients are blended. Spoon into freezer-pop molds or 5-ounce paper cups. If using paper cups, cover each cup with foil and insert wooden stick. Freeze for several hours until firm.
Makes 5 frozen pops.
FUDGYSICLES
2 1/2 cups cold milk
1 (4 servings size) package chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
Paper cups: 5-ounce size
Wooden sticks
Aluminum foil
Pour milk into medium-size bowl. Add chocolate pudding mix and beat with whisk or rotary beater. Pour into five 5-ounce paper cups. Cover with foil and place wooden tick through foil. Freeze until firm.
Makes 5 fudgysicles
Variation: TRIPLE CHOCOLAGE FUDGYSICLES
Follow recipe for fudgysicles except substitute chocolate milk for plain milk; whisk until mixture is thickened. Add ½ cup chocolate chips to mixture before freezing.
