One can rinsed and drained black beans
Two ears of roasted corn on the cob
1 roasted red pepper
3 cans rotelle tomatoes
One bunch cilantro diced fine
One bunch green onion diced
About 6 to 10 jalapeƱo pepper diced fine
One tea spoon of garlic salt
One table spoon olive oil
One tea spoon sugar
Mix and let rest a few hours in the refrigerator to incorporate flavors.
