JEFFERSON CITY - Planned Parenthood is challenging Missouri's new abortion law in the state Supreme Court, with arguments set for Sept. 13.

Planned Parenthood dropped a federal lawsuit challenging Missouri's required 24-hour waiting period before a woman has an abortion.
