MOBERLY - The North Missouri Drug Task Force was busy Friday morning.
At 5 a.m. Friday morning, the task force launched Operation Heart Breaker following a nearly two year investigation in drug sales in the Moberly area. The raids resulted in eight arrest for various drug related crimes.
During the investigation, undercover officer bought marijuana, ecstasy, crack cocaine, mushrooms and a variety of prescription drugs from the drug dealers in the area.
Carl Lewis Stevens of Moberly, Christopher Prange, Christina Reamy, Daniel Johnston, Johnathon Peacock, Leory Brown, all of Moberly, and Christopher Pinegar of Huntsville, and Jesse Walker of Renick.
