FULTON - The Callaway County prosecuting attorney has filed four counts of second-degree involuntary manslaughter against George Albright, 61, the truck driver who triggered a fiery crash on Interstate 70 this spring that killed four Kansas City women. The prosecutor said Albright didn't slow down significantly before rear-ending the women's car on I-70, about 30 miles east of Columbia. Albright is due in court July 7. One victim's husband filed a wrongful-death lawsuit Thursday in Callaway County Circuit Court against Albright and eight other defendants.
