MT. VERNON (AP) - Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani is scheduled to speak at a two town hall meetings in Missouri on Monday. The former New York City mayor will speak 10:30 a.m. at the The Columns Banquet Center in St. Charles. Then Giuliani will travel to a 2:45 p.m. gathering at the American Legion Hall in Mt. Vernon, located about 30 miles west of Springfield. The event is free and open to the public, but the Giuliani campaign is asking those planning to attend RSVP.
