ST. LOUIS (AP) - Twenty-three high school artists will get some recognition from Congress today in St. Louis. Democratic Congressman William Lacy Clay will present the students with Artistic Discovery awards, a special program of the U.S. House of Representatives. The ceremony is at 6 pm at Portfolio Gallery in St. Louis. The works of the young artists will be on display. The first-place winner will be eligible for a scholarship and travel to Washington.
