COLUMBIA - Representative Judy Baker is now running for the U.S. Congress, leaving her seat in the State Legislature open.

About sixty people showed up at the Columbia Library to hear from the three Democrats running for the 25th District seat which represents Boone County.

Bob Pund, Sean Spence and Mary Still answered question from residents Wednesday night. Voters say they haven't made up their minds on who to vote for, and have a lot of questions for the candidates.

"I'd like to see what they have in mind to fund education. I'd like to see what they have in mind to help fund higher education. I'd like to know what their views are on healthcare as far as all the uninsured Missourians," said Columbia resident Kim Gorman.

Democracy for Missouri hosted the forum.

Republican Ryan Asbridge's name is also on the November ballot.

Correction: KOMU had previously reported that the Republican candidates running for the seat were unknown at that time. Asbridge filed in late February for the seat.
