COLUMBIA - Senator and Democratic Vice-Presidential nominee Joe Biden made a campaign stop in Columbia on Tuesday.

Biden visited Green Bay, Wisconsin on Monday for another town hall meeting. This was his first visit to Wisconsin since becoming the Democratic Vice-Presidential nominee. He told the crowd a McCain-Palin administration would not bring change. Biden also defended Barack Obama's foreign policy credentials, saying he has a "thoughtful grasp on the topic."
