MIAMI - The Tiger Baseball season ended Sunday with Missouri's loss to Mississippi in the Coral Gables Regional of the NCAA tournament. In this week's Blumberg off the Bench, KOMU 8's Eric Blumberg reports there was more than baseball to enjoy in Miami.

The first thing you need to figure out at a baseball game in south Florida is how to stay cool.

"I would say get a towel, wet it, and put it behind your neck and hold it there. As soon as it gets dry, wet it again," said Mitch Freedman, an employee at Mark Light Stadium.

When the heat index is triple digits you need fluids.

"Of course you have ice cream too," ;said Freedman.

Mark Light Stadium here at the University of Miami is nicknamed "the Light," but when it comes to the stadium's favorite drink there is nothing light about it.

"Some people think it's a diet shake, but it isn't. It's named after the stadium, not a calorie comment," said Freedman.

The shake comes in 20 different flavors. Everything from the standard chocolate to the "kitchen sink, which is everything...Or we have tutti frutti which is strawberry, raspberry, pineapple mixed together which is very good,"said Freedman.

Whatever your choice be sure to sip slow.
