COLUMBIA - Both I-70 Westbound and Eastbound lanes in Columbia have reopened after an incident on the Providence Road overpass.
Fire and Police Departments came to the overpass after a report of a man threatening to jump from the bridge.
Traffic was backed up at I-70 and Providence, all the way to Highway 63, for more than an hour.
The man suffered injuries after he jumped more than 15 feet from the overpass. He was taken to University Hospital.
