MACON - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a missing man is endangered due to his condition of dementia.

74-year-old Darrell Allen was last seen at his home in rural Macon County at 10 p.m. Tuesday.

He is described as a white, 6-foot-2 and 175-pound man with gray hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion.

Allen was last seen wearing a brown corduroy hat, brown coat, dark blue plaid shirt, dark blue Dickie pants and dark blue velcro tennis shoes. Authorities believe he may be driving a pewter 2000 Chevrolet S10 pickup truck with Missouri License plate 692LR2.

The highway patrol asks anyone who sees Allen or that has any information on his disappearance to call 911 or the Missouri State Highway Patrol at 660-385-2132.
