Montez D. Quinn, 18, Bilal H. Hill, 31, and Justin E. Lewis, 22, were sitting in a parked car in Douglas Park on Providence Road when the Street Crimes Unit investigated. The men acted suspicious as if they were concealing something while officers approached the car.

All three of the men had outstanding felony warrants for their arrest for various crimes. Quinn and Lewis were both arrested for possession of crack cocaine. Lewis was also in possession of 8 Percocet pills.

A fourth passenger, an adult female, was released from police custody without any charges.

A loaded Lorcin .380 semi-automatic pistol was also found in the car hidden underneath the dashboard.
