NIXA (AP) - Police say the death of a four-month-old child at an unlicensed day care in southwest Missouri was accidental. But Nixa police say that because only one adult was supervising 16 children in the home at the time, they're investigating whether neglect was a factor in the child's death. That could lead to a charge of involuntary manslaughter. Officials say running an unlicensed day care with more than four unrelated children is a misdemeanor.
