NEW BLOOMFIELD - The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has tossed out Missouri Assessment Program test scores from the New Bloomfield School District.
"We don't know whether those scores would have helped or hurt us," said Superintendent Mike Parnell. "Anytime you have a situation where your scores aren't where you'd like them to be, that's an item of concern."
Parnell said the district could have avoided the problem if the state had provided multiple forms of the test, so the class could retake it.
