COLUMBIA - Time is running out as football fans are already gearing up for another all star season.
But, if you're planning on taking a tailgating trip you may want to make hotel reservations now as local hotels begin to fill up.
Good buddies Kyle Steele and Jason Billowock can't stop talking about this year's upcoming football season.
"All the activity. Everyone excited to go out for the games. Partying before, just going to the games and having a great time," said Billowock.
"I can't wait for the season to start. It's really fun watching Chase Daniel and Jeremy Macklin and stuff. I'm a big football fan," stated Steele.
Columbia is already gearing up to watch their 7th ranked Tigers, causing many hotels to close their doors and say sorry. The Hampton Inn just opened up Friday, and even they sold out a month and a half ago.
"We were actually getting calls before we had a temporary office set up in February," said General Manager of the Hampton Inn Susan Bell.
All of the hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn are booked for all home games, except for the first and last.
Of course, the Hampton Inn is not the only hotel running low on rooms. The Baymont Inn is filled up too.
