They also want early voting for the state, and want voters to be able to opt out of robo calls.

"We have our own first hand experience now about elections here in Boone County and we put our heads together and just felt like it was important to speak out on some issue of our concern," Still said.

Webber and Still said they expect to join with fellow Democrat Chris Kelly to file legislation to make these changes.
