JEFFERSON CITY - Misssouri's Supreme Court is considering if Planned Parenthood must repay $900,000 in state health care grants.
A Cole County judge ruled against Planned Parenthood, but the organization contends it got the money through a state contract and spent it on family planning and women's health care services. So, it argued it should not have to repay the money. Lawmakers have now stopped funding the family planning program.
