HANNIBAL (AP) - Very minor flooding is expected at some northeast Missouri points on the Mississippi River Tuesday. The National Weather Service expects the river to crest about a foot above flood stage in Hannibal. Minor flooding is also expected at Canton, Louisiana and Clarksville. No significant damage is expected at any of the towns. The crests were originally expected to be higher, but lack of rain over the past few days has led to a change in the forecast.
