SAN ANTONIO - The Missouri football team made many memorable plays this season, but only a selected few can find their way into the top 10 plays of the year.
Number ten: Chase Daniel threw to Will Franklin slicing through the Redbird's defense for a 57-yard touchdown. Mizzou lead from the first snap and never looked back.
Number nine: The Tigers defense caused problems for the prolific passing of Texas Tech. Pig Brown knocked it away and Stryker Sulak showed off his speed by returning the interception for a touchdown.
Number eight: You can call it the scramble against Kansas Chase Daniel's offensive line gave his enough time. He waited to find Danario Alexander for the touchdown. There was eleven seconds of scrambling and eleven yards on the touchdown.
Number seven: Daniel tosses to Coffman in the back of the endzone at Colorado. Coffman made a one-handed grab and put his foot down in the endzone.
Number six: Will Franklin caught the ball over the shoulder against the Buffaloes. The play helped Mizzou crush Colorado 55-10.
Number five: A short pass to Jeremy Maclin against Texas A&M takes the ball 82-yards down the sideline for a touchdown.
Number four: It's two plays in one and worth four points. When Lorenzo Williams made two safties against Texas A&M late in the fourth quarter.
Number three: Tiger's Tommy Saunders flips it to Martin Rucker with a fake field goal against Nebraska. It puts the final points in a 41-6 blowout on the Huskers.
Number two: Jeremy Maclin puts a 25-year drought to rest. The Tigers finally returned a kick-off for a touchdown. Maclin takes it 99 yards against Kansas State. On the play he sets an NCAA record for freshman all-purpose yards.
Number one: How do you beat a 99 yard return? You have to go 100 that's what Pig Brown did against Illinois. He takes the Illinois fumble the other way. A reversal of fortune for Mizzou needed for the win.
The Tigers may have a new play to add to the top ten list Saturday night.
