MOBERLY- Officers served arrest warrants in the area for the sale and distribution of controlled substances.
On December 17, 2009 about 5:30 am, the North Missouri Drug Task Force, Moberly Police, Randolph County Sheriff's Office, Chariton County Sherrif's Office, Brookfield Office, Salisbury Police, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol officers began serving the arrest warrants in the area.
The arrest warrants are the result of an approximate 2-year-undercover investigation by the North Missouri Drug Task Force (NMTDF) during which methamphetamine; cocaine, crack cocaine, prescription medications and marijuana were purchased.
