LAKE OZARK (AP) - A Belton man is dead after falling off a boat in the Lake of the Ozarks. The water patrol said 21-year-old Dustin Francis was riding in the bow of a boat with two other passengers early Tuesday when the 20-foot craft hit a small wake. Francis lost his balance, fell in the water and was struck by the boat's propeller. The accident was reported about 1 a.m.
