COLUMBIA- After a win at Boulder, belief has returned to the Mizzou Tigers.

The Missouri football team is back in the win column after a 36-17 victory over Colorado Saturday afternoon in Boulder.

Mizzou, not the Buffaloes, stampeded out to a 33-0 nothing first half lead before holding off the Buffs for the 19 point victory.

The Tigers have won their last four games in the series with Colorado.

Mizzou is now 5-3 this season, and 1-3 in the Big 12.

"Win felt good and now we got to tell our players it's going to get tougher and tougher. We're in November and if you want to have great success as a football you have to win in November, we all know that. And November's here."

Head Coach Gary Pinkel

"Blaine felt pretty good, his ankle, we got good protection and the running game did great.  When things like that go right we can be very successful."

Senior Wide Receiver Danario Alexander

"Everything started to click finally and I was able to make plays--we were starting to make plays causing like four turnovers, or something like that and so, that's what happened, everything started to click."

Freshman Defensive Lineman Aldon Smith

"Change in momentum for us.  And we came off some tough weeks and last time I said 'we needed the victory' to change it around.  And we came out with a victory."

Sophomore Tailback De'Vion Moore
