Jurors in the trial against former teacher Jason Devlin had to decide on three counts. After more than five hours of deliberation the jury found Devlin guilty of child molestation and not guilty of statutory rape and statutory sodomy. 

Thursday was the third day of the trial. Prosecutors said Devlin had sex with a 14-year-old student in 2005. Devlin's attorney argued the evidence didn't match the student's story.

Sentencing could come as early as Friday.
