The driver of the dump truck made an illegal turn and rear ended the jeep, causing it to run off the road into a ditch. Witnesses said the jeep's driver appeared to be okay, but was put in a neck brace.

A wrecker retrieved the jeep and traffic resumed as normal about 45 minutes after the crash.
