Samantha Windman, 21, of Brumley has been charged with two cases of Endangering the Welfare of A Child.  She allegedly failed to provide adequate medical care for the abused girl, who had broken ribs prior to the incident.  She also allegedly endangered her daughter and her 2-year-old child by allowing them to live in unsanitary conditions. 

Last week Aaron Michael Fisher, the girl's father, sexually and physically abused the 5-month-old girl.  The girl was taken to the University Hospital for emergency surgery after suffering a fractured skull, broken femur in the right leg, and injuries as a result of sexual abuse.

Windman could face seven-year prison terms for each offense.
