"On a scale of 1 to 10, it's a 20. Is that good enough?"said Jackie.

"Well, it's one thing I've never seen in Eldon before,"explained Christian's Grandma, Margaret Cantwell.

The city has never seen anything like Christian. The World Champion starting winning awards early as a 2-year-old. Cantwell's personal best throw is 72' 11.5 ". He does that with a 16 pound shot.

Jackie has plans to surprise Christian with permanent paint on her ankle if her boy brings home a medal from China.

"He always would say after he got his tattoo, Mom you should get a tattoo and I would say no that's stupid, but now I'm going to,"explained Jackie.

"He's been a World Champion. He's been an Indoor Champion. I think he needs to have a gold. I think he wants to keep fighting until he gets one," stated Christian's high school coach, Cloyce Klein.

Dreams could come true on Friday morning. Cantwell is the youngest of 9 children. His new born boy Jackson is named after his mom Jackie.
