COLUMBIA - Horace Johnson, suspected in the death of his 2-year-old son Cortez, has been arrested in East St. Louis, Ill.
U.S. Marshals arrested Johnson late last night while on foot in East St. Louis. He was arrested for a parole violation warrant out of Jefferson City.
Johnson is being held in Cahokia, Ill., and refused to speak with investigators. It is unknown when Johnson will be extradited back to Missouri.
