You’ve been coming to KOMU.com for updates on the Elizabeth Olten case, which continues to be The Most viewed story this week. In a closed-door meeting last Wednesday, a Cole County judge ruled the 15-year-old suspect’s hearing will be open to the public. The hearing will determine whether the suspect can stand trial as an adult.  If so, the suspect's name and gender will be released.

Another story with The Most views on KOMU.com is about the mid-Missouri man, Aaron Michael Fisher, currently in jail for sexually and physically abusing his 5-month-old daughter. Thursday, the mother of the 5-month-old, Samantha Windman, was arrested on two charges of endangering the welfare of a child.

The Most Tweeted story was about an MU researcher who accidentally tracked radioactive material on campus.  It happened after he spilled the material on his shoes and walked outside.  An MU spokesperson said the area is now safe.

"We know for sure that there are no personal health risks to anyone in the area.  We have been able to cordon off the area.  We were able to respond immediately."

Yoga had you commenting on KOMU's Facebook Page.  Missouri courts ruled yoga studios have to pay the same sales tax as fitness centers -- because yoga is a form of exercise.  Studios and practitioners say spiritual forms of exercise shouldn't be taxed.

"It's more than working out.  It's more of an overall experience that the people are getting when they come in here."

It even invoked a debate on Facebook.  Tina Morris commented how she's done yoga at YMCA and said, "There was not anything religious about it except me praying it was over."  You can read the full conversation by finding a link on KOMU.com or searching Facebook.
