KOMU News spoke with Senator Chuck Graham this afternoon in response to his arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated (DWI).  Graham said he cannot comment on arrest because of advice from his legal counsel; however, he told KOMU that he is doing "alright".  No formal charges have been filed. 

Boone County prosecuting attorney Dan Knight will not be handling the case because he has a friendship with Graham.
