Boonville - A Harrisburg woman turned into a reporter when she witnessed an arrest in her client's backyard.

The arrest happened around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning in a residential area of Boonville. The woman who captured everything on tape wishes to remain anonymous.

"When I came out on the porch I saw one officer bending over down on one knee, he was probably securing the handcuffs," she said. "They reached out and assisted the gentleman up off the ground and escorted him to the police car."

Boonville resident Clyde H. Fisher, 50, is facing armed robbery charges after police say he targeted an adult entertainment store called the Lion's Den in Saline County. Someone spotted Fisher at a bank in Blackwater and called the police. Boonville deputies headed toward Blackwater and saw Fisher driving down Highway 41. The 8-mile, high-speed chase started on I-70, continued through Boonville and ended in a residential area at 7th street and Locust.

"Anytime you're in a pursuit it's a dangerous situation just because of the nature of what you're doing," said Cooper County Sheriff Jerry Wolfe. "You're driving at high speeds especially when there's other traffic."

Fisher is being held in the Saline County Jail on a $50,000 cash bail.
