Are you finding yourself a little -- stressed -- around the holidays? You're not alone. Doctors say between now and January 1, more Americans suffer from heart attacks than at any other time of the year.

The holiday heart attack. It doesn't sound pleasant and researchers say Christmas, the day after and new year's day are the three most deadly days.

Doctors say staying healthy over the holidays is simple. It's as easy as self-control and calming down. A genetic test that shows you which cancer patients might benefit the most from chemotherapy and those who may not need it at all.

A study from Loyola University included more than 350 women. Researchers focused on women with estrogen-sensitive breast cancer-- that had spread to their lymph nodes. All underwent a genetic test to predict the risk of breast cancer returning. After 10-years of follow up doctors say the test could predict which patients really needed chemo.

And for all of you men out there doctors say you might be at risk too. Men with relatives who have the breast cancer gene have an increased risk for prostate and breast cancer. Researchers at Fox Chase Center interviewed 24 men with family members who are carriers of the gene. And only 18 men remembered being told their family member had the gene. Men in this category have a 14% increased risk for prostate cancer and a 6% increased risk for breast cancer.
