MID-MISSOURI- Tuesday was election day for a handful of mid-Missouri counties.
In Audrain County, Mexico voters got to decide on issuing bonds for sewer projects there. In the end, the issue passed with a vote of 475 to 45.
In Camden County, the vote on the Stoutland School Levy passed with 306 voting yes and 151 voting no. The Northwest Fire Protection Recall also passed with 190 voting yes and 17 voting no.
In Chariton County, voters in the Northwestern R-1 District considered a tax levy, passed it 137 to 36. The issue of raising tax 25 cents per $100 by Brunswick Township for roads passed with 57 votes for yes and 12 votes for no.
In Morgan County, Stover voters considered as bond issue there, voting 107 to 18 to pass it.
In Cooper and Saline County, a total of 51 people voted yes and 187 voted no for Blackwater R-2 tax levy.
And in Randolph County, Huntsville residents passed their bond issue, voting 129 to 50. The question of the Westran Fire protection district did not pass with 239 votes for no and 120 votes for yes. The question of property tax raise of 30 cents per each $100 also did not pass with 271 votes for no and 86 votes for yes.
