Friday night police captured 72-year-old Darrel Wayne Mohler of Silver Springs, Florida, after issuing an arrest warrant earlier in the day.

Prosecutors charged Darrel Wayne Mohler with raping two children between five and nine years old. Prosecutors have already charged Mohler's brother and four nephews with felonies, including forcible sodomy, rape with a child younger than 12 and use of a child in a sexual performance. The alleged crimes took place in the 1980s at an abandoned home in Bates County.

On Thursday authorities arrested a seventh man, but prosecutors did not charge him. Police released him and said he is co-operating with and assisting them in the case.
