FULTON - City councilman Steven Moore is in the Callaway County jail for DWI charges.

The State Highway Patrol found Moore Sunday night after he got into an accident.

The official report on the State Highway Patrol Web site says Moore was driving while intoxicated. The site also lists he faces three charges of felony second degree assault.

Moore is a council member for Ward Four. According to the Fulton City Council Web site, his term expires in April.
