KOMU.com Extra: Which Levees Have Broken?
As of Thursday evening, 23 levees had overtopped along 300 miles of the Mississippi River seperating Rock Island, Iowa, and St. Louis. 16 of those levee breaches occured on the Missouri side of the river. Roll your mouse over the points on the map to view which levees have overtopped, which have a high potential to overflow, and which ones are at a lesser risk to overflow.
