So why are the prices falling?
As school starts, fewer people are traveling on vacation creating less demand and lowering the price. The recession could be another important factor because as companies cut travel expenses and lay off workers people drive less. The arrest of Moammar Gadhafi's son could potentially drop gas prices further if Libya becomes more stable.
