COLUMBIA - Black Friday shopping begins early this year and some mid-Missourians stood in line Thursday instead of eating Thanksgiving dinner with family.

"I am out here for the TVs, the technology," Best Buy shopper Alex Malloy said.

As of 3 p.m. Thursday, 12 people were in line
