MORGAN COUNTY - A judge accepted Morgan County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Doug Kinde's filing of increased, first-degree murder charges against T.J. Presley and Jamie Litton Thursday, both accused in the February beating death of Litton's three-year-old son, Blake Litton.
