Columbia Parks and Rec. Holds Annual Easter Egg Hunt
COLUMBIA - With Easter on Sunday, Columbia Parks and Recreation hosted their annual Easter egg hunt at Douglass Park.
Saturday afternoon, Douglas Park was filled with children, families, and the Easter bunny for this "eggstravaganza."
While waiting for the easter egg hunt, the public was invited to enjoy face painting, coloring and games.
"This is the second year that we have come and last year was the first time we had heard of it, so this year we made sure to look it up," attendee Julie Crites said. "The kids really enjoy being here and having fun with all the other kids. Its just an awesome event for the families to get together."
This event has been going on for six years and plans are to continue it again next year.
