HOLTS SUMMIT - The Holts Summit Police Department said Thursday they have arrested and prosecutors have charged Megan Ayres and Bryan Sartor following the death of a nine-month-old boy. The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Ayres and Sartor with child endangerment, possession of drugs
